From I-25, take the Mulberry Street exit (Colorado Highway 14) and go west approximately 4 miles to Howes Street, which is two blocks west of College Avenue (College Avenue is Fort Collins’ main north/south street). Turn right on Howes. Go one block north and turn right (east) onto Magnolia Avenue. Our building (a two-story brown structure) is the second one from the corner on the right (south) side of the street, just beyond US Bank. Turn right into the driveway between the two buildings, at the US Bank sign. There is a parking lot behind our building, with an exterior staircase to the second floor. Our office is accessed by that rear door, upstairs on the second floor in suite 202 .
